These terms govern your use of ucambassadors.com and any services offered by Umbrella Creative Agency Limited. By using the site, signing up as an ambassador, or engaging UCA as a client you agree to be bound by them.
You must be 18 years or older to register as an ambassador and you must provide accurate, current information. Multiple accounts are not permitted. UCA reserves the right to verify any information you provide.
Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees. By accepting a job you commit to arrive on time, in the agreed uniform or kit, and to represent the client brand professionally. No-shows, lateness, or behaviour that harms a brand may result in suspension or removal from the platform without notice.
Products sold through the UCA Crew Shop (resume services, training workshops, merch and similar) are non-refundable once work has begun or once merchandise has shipped. Digital deliverables such as resumes, cover letters and portfolio sites are licensed for your personal use.
Brand clients engaging UCA agree to the scope, deliverables and fees stated in the proposal. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations within 72 hours of an activation forfeit the deposit.
Photos and video taken at UCA activations may be used by UCA and the client for marketing, social media and case studies. If you do not want your image used, tell your supervisor before the activation begins and we will accommodate where reasonable.
The site and services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us (or been paid by us) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Jamaica unless otherwise agreed.
