Privacy Policy

When you sign up as an ambassador or contact us as a brand we collect: your name, date of birth, parish of residence, contact details, school or employer, photos you upload to your profile, and the social handles you choose to share. We also collect the certifications, skills and availability you tell us about, and the records of jobs you accept, complete, or decline.

When you visit the site we automatically receive standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and basic analytics on how the site is used.

We use ambassador information to match you with brand campaigns, contact you about gigs, pay you, run training, manage ratings, and meet our tax and reporting obligations. We use brand-side information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and run the campaigns we are hired for. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to report on programme impact and improve our services.

We only share your information with clients to the extent needed to run a campaign you have accepted (typically your first name, photo, and rating). We share with payment processors and other service providers acting on our behalf, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Profile, job and payment records are kept while you are an active ambassador and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and financial obligations. You can request that we delete or anonymise your profile at any time by emailing tamika@ucambassadors.com.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw any consent you have given, and object to certain processing. Email tamika@ucambassadors.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and will notify you in the event of a material breach.

UCA's ambassador platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
